Exchanges
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged indoor golf products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and follow the same process as returns.
Returns for Defective Products Only
We accept returns only for products that arrive defective or damaged.
A product is considered defective if:
- It arrives damaged
- It has a manufacturing defect
- It does not function as intended upon arrival
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect items ordered by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process

- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
- Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a confirmed defect, return shipping instructions will be provided.
- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping if instructions are not followed.
