If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days. However, please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any associated shipping costs throughout the returns and exchange processes.
Please be aware that not all orders are eligible for return once they have been shipped. As we procure our products directly from manufacturers, our ability to offer refunds is contingent upon the manufacturer's return policy. This can vary depending on the specific brand and product. Therefore, it's advisable to consult individual product pages for detailed refund policies.
Due to the significant increase in LTL/freight shipping expenses, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product with another item, we may be able to assist in covering some of the expenses, depending on the product.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage by notating and capturing images within 24 hours of product delivery, which must be provided to Eleplanet.
I acknowledge that I am liable for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for a replacement product in the event of a refund or exchange.
I acknowledge that returned products must be unopened and unused, and that an additional restocking fee may apply.
I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
I acknowledge that orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant restocking fee.
I understand that if I return my order after it has been shipped, I will be responsible for covering any return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 20% of the product value.
I acknowledge that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are approximate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
Damages
Upon receiving your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, it's essential to make note of it when signing for delivery. Should your items arrive damaged, kindly send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, accompanied by a brief description of the damage to sales@eleplanet.com. We will then initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that photos and videos for freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival, as any delay may invalidate the freight damage claim. Additionally, any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within the same 24-hour timeframe.
Warranty
Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific details. It's important to note that warranty damages typically occur over time and with use. Damage noted upon arrival, if not reported within 30 days, does not qualify as a warranty claim.
Returns
As a standard policy, Eleplanet holds customers responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees resulting from customer error, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. The majority of our products come with guarantee warranty policies, ensuring that you receive fully functional operational products without incurring any additional expenses. Cancellations
To avoid a 3% merchant processing fee, orders must be canceled within 24 hours. If cancellation is necessary, please promptly email sales@eleplanet.com. Once an order has left the warehouse, the customer bears responsibility for return shipping costs and the 3% merchant processing fee. In the event of a cancellation after shipment, standard return procedures apply, subjecting the customer to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
BOGO Promotions
For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. Should only one item be returned, the buyer will receive either a replacement for the returned item or a store credit equivalent to its standalone value. Additionally, if the order has already shipped, the buyer assumes responsibility for actual return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer's policy. Refunds are issued exclusively to the original credit card used for the purchase.
